Montenegro is still under great fear of possible closure of Aluminium Plant in Podgorica, which counts for 50% of Montenegro’s export. The Plant known as “KAP” is owned by Russian billionaire Mr Oleg Deripaska, who plans to shut it down, due to financial problems, caused by global economic crisis.
